FUNDAMENTALS OF FOOD HYGIENE

(Recommended that it is renewed every 3 years)

This course is suitable for food handlers.  They will acquire the necessary knowledge for correct hygiene working practices. The candidates will sit a short multiple choice question paper and on successful completion will be awarded the Royal Society for the Promotion of Health’s certificate.
